In our quest to make the best workouts in limited time and space, we designed an affordable weight vest for the home gym user. Using the plates off a barbell, it can be loaded to 50 lbs. with plates up to the size of an Olympic 25. In the Workforce Warrior mode, it is particularly helpful for weighted pushups, if you don't have a spotter for floor presses or the space for a bench. This was my main purpose in designing it. However, it offers many options for alternative training and conditioning as well. Hand sewn, and offered at an affordable price, it's a space saving tool that can add a lot of variety to your workouts.
